Return & Refund Policy

At Barriotees, returning an item should never be a hassle!


We proudly offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund, completely free of charge (for U.S. customers). Whether you changed your mind, received the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, we’ll make things right.

1. Start Your Return

To begin, email us at help@barriotees.com with your order number or the name used for the order.
You may use this email template:

“Hello, I would like to begin a return for order number (Your Order#).
Reason for return: (specify reason).
Thank you.”

We’ll get back to you promptly with next steps, including how to:

  • Repack your items to prevent damage during return transit,
  • Print your free return label, and
  • Complete your return so we can issue your refund quickly.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defectivedamaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out for clarification.
All eligible items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of your order date.

Sale items, gift cards, and discounted products are fully returnable for store credit or exchange.

Note: Orders placed outside the U.S. are returnable at the customer’s expense. Free return labels are not available for international returns.


4. Exchanges

Need a different size or item?
Follow the same steps as a standard return, and note in your message that it’s an Exchange.

  • Apparel Size Exchanges: Once your original item is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped.
  • Product Exchanges: We’ll confirm your desired replacement or issue a digital gift card for the full value of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please note:

  • Bank or card processors may take a few business days to post refunds.
  • Products exchanged once or more become non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and service charges are non-refundable.

6. International Orders

Orders shipped outside the United States are fully refundable for product value only.
However:

  • Free return labels are not available for international customers.
  • Barriotees is not responsible for damage to goods during international transit.
  • Customers must securely repack and ship returns at their own cost.
  • Shipping, duties, and tax fees are non-refundable.

7. Special Cases

  • Customers in CA, TX, FL, and western states: Please contact us before returning bulk shipments for the best available options.
  • Fragile bulk items (e.g., ceramics, snow globes): Our packaging is designed for protection, but if damage occurs, email us and we’ll help resolve it.
  • Undelivered bulk or custom orders: If returned due to non-delivery, our team will contact you with next steps. Original shipping fees remain non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply.
