Welcome to BarrioTees.com, your source for NYC-inspired apparel. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your use of and access to the BarrioTees.com website, its mobile versions, and any related services (collectively, the “BarrioTees Site”).

By visiting or purchasing from BarrioTees.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the BarrioTees Site.

  • Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Washington D.C.
  • Payments: By placing an order, you authorize BarrioTees to charge your selected payment method.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Refunds: If you’re not satisfied, contact info@barriotees.com within 30 days of delivery. Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion.
  • Taxes: Applicable state and local sales taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout.

4. Promotions

From time to time, BarrioTees may offer sales, discounts, or free gifts.
Promotions:

  • Are valid while supplies last.
  • Cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
  • May be subject to additional terms.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
If you receive an item not as described, your sole remedy is to return it for a refund.
